Set up your team's Media Centre with your AI

Let your AI do the work guide 3 of 3

As an owner or admin, your AI can draft your team's whole Media Centre for you: the brand and its voice, the always-on message house, the sponsors, groups and members' media kit roles, and campaigns for each event. It reads your website and social accounts, asks only what it can't find out, and proposes it all at once. You look at it in Team HQ, as members will see it, and nothing goes live until you approve.

Before you start

  • You're the team's owner or an active admin, on the Team plan.
  • Your AI connected with Read and make changes (Connect your AI).

The steps

  1. Pick a ready-made start, or just ask

In Claude, the exclusively.me connector offers ready-made starts: Set up the team's Media Centre, Set up a sponsor from its website and Plan the message house for an event. In any AI, asking works too: "Set up the Northriders Media Centre from northriders.example and our Instagram".

An example: asking for the whole Media Centre, and the AI's proposal card.
  2. Preview it in Team HQ

Press Open full preview. Team HQ opens with a banner listing each change, which AI proposed it and how long it waits, and under it the brand, message house and sponsors as they'd look. Read it as a member would.

A proposal in Team HQ: the banner, a glimpse of the brand, and Approve changes.
  3. Approve it, or ask for changes

If it's right, press Approve changes (or Approve in the chat) and it's live for every member. If not, tell your AI what to change, like "Never say NR, always Northriders", and it sends a new preview.

  4. Keep going, event by event

Before each event, ask "Plan the message house for this weekend's race". Your AI reads your base house and sponsors, asks about the event, and proposes a campaign: its dates, headline, pillars, always and never say, hashtags, featured sponsors and a results embargo. The same goes for groups ("Make a Juniors group") and media kit roles.

What your AI can't do for a team

Invitations, seats, billing and team settings aren't offered to an AI. Do those in Team HQ. And it can never do more than you can: an admin's AI proposes, an admin approves.

Check it worked

Open Media in Team HQ: the Brand strip ticks off what was set, and the message house timeline shows the base house and any campaign. Overview's Team setup card catches up too.

If something's different

My AI says I can't change the Media Centre

Check you're an active admin of that team, and that you connected with Read and make changes. A member's AI can read the Media Centre but not change it.

The preview went to the dashboard instead

Previews for pages and your own sponsors open on the page itself; Media Centre changes open in Team HQ. Both have Approve changes.

Why it's worth it

What usually takes a week of brand documents takes one conversation and one approval, and from then on every member's AI writes from it.

How a team works: owners, admins and members

What the owner, admins and members of a team can each do, what a team can and can't see about you, and how seats work.
