Read your analytics and see what's working

Get started guide 5 of 6 Next: Connect your AI and approve its changes

Analytics shows how your page is doing: how many people viewed it and how many pressed a link. Free shows your totals and the last seven days. Pro answers the questions that change what you do next: which links people press, where they came from, which QR code or post sent them, what country they're in, and the day and hour they visit. Everything is counted live and shown in your own timezone.

Before you start

  • A page that's live (claim your name) and shared somewhere, so there's something to count.
  • The reports beyond Overview need Pro.

The steps

  1. Open Analytics

In your dashboard, press Analytics in the top menu. On every plan you see Total page views, Total link clicks and a chart of the last seven days. A view is someone opening your page; a click is someone pressing one of your links.

Analytics on Free: the two totals and the last seven days, with what Pro adds underneath.
  2. Pick a page and a date range (Pro)

On Pro, choose the Page (each sub-page is counted on its own) and a Date range: Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month, Last month, Last 90 days, All time or your own dates. You see Page views, Link clicks and your Click rate (the share of views that ended in a click), with your busiest day and most active hour.

  3. See which links people press (Pro)

Most clicked links ranks your links by clicks, with each one's share. Put the winners at the top of your page, and rethink the ones nobody presses. Below it, Day of the week and Time of day show when people visit, and Where views came from lists the websites and apps that sent them.

Analytics on Pro: the report tabs, the page and range, the three numbers, the highlights and Most clicked links.
  4. Open the reports (Pro)

The tabs across the top go deeper, each for the range you picked:

    • Sources: views from your QR codes, your share cards and your own tags, name by name. Give each flyer or post its own source and this tells you which one works (how).
    • Places: views by country.
    • Links: every link's clicks, and its click rate against the times it was shown, so a scheduled link is judged fairly.
    • Pages: each of your pages against the period before.
The Sources report: the van and two flyers, each with its own count.
  5. Send a chart to a sponsor

Every chart has a small menu. Download PNG saves it as a branded card with the dates and your address, ready to attach to an email to a sponsor; in Chrome, Copy image puts the same card on your clipboard to paste straight into a chat. It's on every plan, Free included.

Check it worked

Open your page on your phone and press one of your links, then refresh Analytics: the view and the click are there straight away. There's no overnight wait.

If something's different

My numbers look low

Check the page and the date range at the top. Where views came from is always the least complete panel, because some apps open links without saying where they came from; tag those links with a source instead. Countries and click rates are recorded from 12 October 2026, and the screens say so for earlier dates.

Where are Sources and Places?

They're Pro reports. On Free, your visits' sources are still recorded, so the report has your history when you upgrade.

The times look wrong

Analytics uses your own timezone. Check it in Settings, under Timezone.

Do it with your AI

Your AI reads your pages, not your analytics, so read the numbers here. Then ask it to act on them: "Move my WhatsApp link to the top and make the button say Order today".

Why it's worth it

A link page that you can't measure is a guess. This one tells you which button earns its place, which flyer paid for itself, and when your customers are actually looking, so the next change you make is the right one.
